Perodua opens its first sales showroom Dojo outlet
Hulu Selangor, 27 Nov – In an effort to further distinguish itself from its competitors, Perodua today introduced a unique sales showroom outlet which focuses on customer satisfaction.
The new centre will serve as a fully functional on-the-job sales training centre or a Sales Dojo for Perodua employees on the best customer satisfaction practices to further strengthen its standing among its customers.
With the opening of this latest sales showroom, Perodua now have 185 sales outlets nationwide. The national carmaker also has 169 service centres nationwide.
“This showroom will serve as a living-breathing training centre for our staff on the best customer service practices for us to shine in the eyes of our customers,” Perodua Managing Director, Datuk Aminar Rashid Salleh said during the opening ceremony here today.
The opening ceremony was officiated by Y.B. Tuan P.Kamalanathan, Member of Parliament Hulu Selangor.
The new sales showroom has a built up area of 6,660 square feet with an estimated cost of RM560,000 will also used as a training base for staff from the headquarters especially for new Customer Relations Executives and Sales Advisors before being posted at their respective outlets.
At the same event, Perodua donated a total of RM15,000 to 5 charity homes in conjunction with Deepavali celebration. The donation is a part from Perodua’s annual contribution to the less fortunate during festive season.
Among the homes which received the donation are Ephratha Charity Organisation, Sri Saradha Devi Illam, Pusat Jagaan Kanak-kanak Kurang Upaya KIRTARSH, Sivananda Ashram Kuala Kubu Bharu and Independent Living & Training.
“Apart from celebrating the opening of this new premise, we would also like to share our joy and success with the less fortunate in conjunction with the Festival of Lights, Because You Matter Most,” Aminar said.
